What You Will Do:
Performs CT exams and procedures for patients of all ages etc. Works Rotating weekends, covers holidays other shifts and call for CT. Performs CT scan procedures as assigned. Experience 2 Years experience CT technologist required Two years clinical experience as a CT technologist in a hospital setting required
Certification & Licensures ARRT (R) required * BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) - American Heart ‘Healthcare Provider’ (HCP) - AHA approved required ** Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required * Completed AMA Radiology Technology Program. Additional ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT) also required ** New hires must have American Heart Association (AHA) appropriate certification prior to completion of orientation.
Qualifications Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development and competence in providing Radiologic Services and Computed Tomography services for patients of all ages including neonate, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric. Must be available for on-call rotation and call back to the hospital. Must be able to work weekends/holidays and available for all shifts as needed. Must possess communication skills necessary to relate to physician, peers and patient’s on a professional and technical level.
