We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented individual to oversee the management of our fast-paced, multi-modality, outpatient imaging centers. As Director of Imaging Centers you will be responsible for the overall leadership, growth, strategic direction, and operational excellence of our centers which are located in Edmonds, Kirkland, Olympia and Redmond.
Core responsibilities include:
Operational Excellence: Works with the Imaging Center Managers to develop workable plans to achieve operational goals in the most efficient manner possible. Remains current on technological and clinical advances in imaging. Pursues revenue opportunities and cost savings without sacrificing quality or patient satisfaction.
Service Excellence: Fosters a culture of positive working relationships and accountability and ensures the highest quality patient care and satisfaction. Proactively and consistently seeks to understand our referring clinicians and patients. Empowers staff to meet customer needs. Models exceptional customer service and interacts effectively with referring clinicians, patients, and the broader healthcare community.
Quality and Safety: Ensures quality, safety, and related regulatory requirements are maintained. Develops, monitors and ensures compliance with policies and procedures. Develops, implements, and supports quality programs and initiatives.
Employee Engagement: Provides effective leadership through effective communication of vision, performance management, and an environment of open and honest communication. Oversees staffing plans and priorities for all applicable sites. Actively builds trust at all levels and ensures that all staff members are treated with respect. Coaches and provides feedback to Imaging Center Managers and other direct reports.
Growth: Works with the physician leaders, Imaging Center Managers, and marketing team to provide direction for marketing efforts. Works in collaboration with the Director of Marketing related to marketing activities.

Education and Experience Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in in business or applicable healthcare-related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Five or more years of relevant progressive leadership experience in diagnostic imaging operations. Multi-site responsibility preferred.
Certifications: ARRT, RDMS, NMTCB, or other imaging-based certification.
