In this challenging and highly visible role, you will support the Apexus business unit and corporate-level decision making by conducting projects related to policy and market analysis and emerging industry trends in order to support the business’ strategic needs. You will maintain a close working relationship with HRSA, review 340B policy and ensure Apexus’ Prime Vendor programs and services support HRSA policy positions. You will provide technical assistance and support to HRSA related to the 340B program and its interface with the pharmaceutical supply chain, and be responsible for oversight of Apexus education programming, compliance support services, and the national call center, as part of the HRSA 340B Prime Vendor agreement.
Collaborate with internal teams to design, communicate, and lead the development of a proactive and inclusive corporate 3 – 5 year strategic plan for the Apexus’ business unit.
Monitor and report on industry trends impacting 340B market and stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Serve as primary liaison and resource to HRSA leadership in providing oversight and management of the national call center.
Develop and lead the Apexus Education & Compliance Support field-based team.
Provide direction and leadership to ensure programs and services support HRSA’s goals, are consistent with the terms of the 340B PVP agreement, and support Apexus remaining in good standing as HRSA’s 340B Prime Vendor.
Represent Apexus as a 340B thought leader in national and regional forums and provide oversight for 340B education programming for all stakeholders.
Publish concise reports explaining market trends and interpretation of legal documents to support the business.
Maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholder groups (providers, industry, consultants, and government agencies) engaged with the 340B program.
Translate complex 340B operation and policy issues as a bridge between 340B stakeholders.
