This position is responsible for completing the financial clearance process within patient access which includes scheduling and registration activities including insurance eligibility and point of service collections. Individuals in this role are expected to demonstrate behaviors that create a welcoming environment and deliver an exceptional experience to patients, families and other customers. The Patient Access Services Rep (PAS) must be able to articulate information in a manner that ensures patients, guarantors and family members have clear expectations of their visit and understand their responsibilities.
Current Hours: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm (Week One: Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday / Week Two: Wednesday and Thursday)
The job expectations for the PAS Rep role includes, but is not limited to the following:
Provide scheduling and registration support for patients.
Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to patients, families and other customers through consistently demonstrating Fairview behaviors.
Manage daily worklists and resolve assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Adhere to all compliance and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualifications to Fulfill Job Responsibilities:
1+ years of customer service experience.
1+ years of applicable computer knowledge and skills.
High School Diploma, GED, or Post-Secondary Education
Previous experience in a clinical setting with registration experience
