The HR Business Partner I reports to the facility Human Resources Strategic Director. The HR Business Partner I serves in a lead role within the facility supporting various client groups, or, in some cases, the entire facility or multiple facilities. The HR Business Partner I proactively partners with executives and line managers in client organization to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives designed to enhance organization effectiveness. The HR Business Partner I promotes employee engagement through timely and comprehensive employee relations investigations and conflict resolution.
