The Clinical Pharmacist Practitioners (CPP) in Emergency Medicine are the clinical pharmacotherapy experts and are highly trained medication management experts and consultants in highly complex, clinical scenarios, collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medications within the Emergency Department (ED).
