The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting organizational growth by building email lists, creating emails, and nurturing leads through email campaigns. This position analyzes data and makes recommendations based on the findings. The Email Marketing Specialist has extensive knowledge of CRMs, journey-mapping and marketing automation. They understand digital user experience and workflows and are very detail oriented and thorough.
This position supports the Brand/Digital team and maintains collaborative relationships with the marketing team, across the various workstreams of PR/Comms, Service Line, and B2B/Outreach. The employee will be expected to support all organizational expectations including, but not limited to, customer service, patient’s rights, confidentiality of information, environment of care and MemorialCare initiatives.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job
Can educate and communicate digital marketing initiatives to various stakeholders
Understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media and email
Measure and report performance through Google Analytics and other metrics platforms
Proficient in Microsoft and Adobe products
Proficient working within a content management system
Create, manage and measure campaigns in a CRM
Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and vendors
Prioritize and multitask
Be a team player and interact in a positive and constructive manner
Detail oriented, ensuring quality work
Be at work and be on time
