Administrative Assistant II - CareVio
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provides administrative support to the Medical Director, Corporate Director, and other staff within the Department of CareVio as appropriate. Duties entail, but are not limited to, administrative tasks which include planning/coordination of events, meetings or conferences, screening inquiries or complaints, projects, budgeting, and space planning. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs a variety of clerical and administrative functions such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, spreadsheets, reports and other documents, ordering supplies and photocopying documents Performs budget preparation, scheduling, reporting and tracking information
