The CRM Brand and Digital Content Strategy Manager partners closely with marketing strategists to develop and execute campaigns to grow business to strategic service lines for UCSF Health and UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals.
The CRM Brand and Digital Content Strategy Manager's focus is on creating or updating content to support these marketing efforts and may involve developing content for the web (ucsfhealth.org and ucsfbenioffchildrens.org), email, SMS, and lead gen landing pages. The Content Strategy Manager is skilled at producing multimedia content and adept at overseeing and editing work filed by other content creators.
The CRM Brand and Digital Content Strategy Manager content expertise to discussions about marketing campaign strategy, and what assets are feasible to create by when. This person maintains a schedule of content creation and ensures that contributors meet all deadlines. The Content Strategy Manager keeps a close eye on key performance indicators and agreed-upon measurements of success, using these metrics to inform future content recommendations and plans.
The CRM Brand and Digital Content Strategy Manager also partners with stakeholders from across the larger UCSF enterprise - such as Patient Relations, Digital Patient Experience, IT, Clinical Systems, and Strategy - to ensure that brand and content strategy ladders up effectively to the goals of driving business to key areas of our hospitals and larger clinical health system.
The CRM Brand and Digital Content Strategy Manager works under the Director of Digital Strategy & Marketing, and may also support the Associate Director of Digital Content Strategy with content work for our two patient-facing websites and other digital channels.

Five or more years of related experience.
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.
Advanced knowledge of the fundamentals of digital content curation and creation.
Advanced skill in creating effective digital content packages.
Advanced understanding of editorial process and content style such as AP Style.
Advanced knowledge of digital communication media, including content management systems and/or relevant web applications used for project management like JIRA
Advanced knowledge of the organization, including its achievements, goals, objectives, vision, and mission, and how digital communication can effectively convey and advance the message to various audiences.
Advanced skill to monitor key performance indicators and assess processes or services and make necessary improvements.
Advanced project management skills to complete projects within budget and time constraints.
Advanced interpersonal communication skills, including political acumen and skill in troubleshooting and applying proactive and positive solutions.
