Description JOB SUMMARY: This Senior IT Relationship Manager facilitates relationships with customers under occasional guidance. Coordinates communication and planning between customer and project team or other IT resources. Leads Request for Proposal processes. Assists in identifying appropriate resources, depending on customer needs. Collaborates with customers to promote business knowledge of IT process, roles, and procedures. Mentors other team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Builds trusted relationships with multiple business units. Acts as an advocate for business requirements and required results. Owns customer issue management and escalation.
