Patient Services Rep is responsible for administrative duties in a rehabilitation clinic with 1 to 12 Providers. Coordinates office services and related activities. Patient Services Rep follows set programs for the maximum utilization of services and equipment. Must have knowledge of general health care issues, trends and quality management. Responsible for scheduling for the clinic, monitoring clinic numbers, generating and interpreting daily and weekly productivity reports. Responsible for work processes of the department as well as daily operations. Patient Services Rep completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.
