PRIMARY FUNCTION : The Corporate Director of the Information Technology (IT) project management office (PMO) is responsible for the overall project management function, providing leadership, coordination and management of the PMO processes and functions. The person in this role will manage the project management organization within the Christiana Care Health System Information Technology Department. This responsibility includes ensuring that projects are initiated, planned, executed, controlled, and closed out per procedures and standards. Develop and maintain program and project management processes, procedures, and standards as needed. Serve as the resource manager for project managers and program managers, assign to projects, and balance workloads as needed.
