Banner Health, in Northern Colorado, has an excellent opportunity for BE/BC Internal Medicine Physician to join our multi-specialty practice, Banner Medical Group. 

Practice details:

• 4-day work week and limited practice call (phone consult only)
• 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours of admin time
• Average patient volume: 16-18/day
• Medical Assistants, a network of specialists, and on-site leadership to support an autonomous practice
• Clinical responsibilities include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to the candidate's interest
• Located in multi-specialty Summit View Medical Commons in west Greeley (with an incredible panoramic view of the Rockies!)
• X-Ray, Lab, Pharmacy, Mammogram, PET, and more on-site

Requirements include:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Must be comfortable supervising APP staff
• Patient-focused, friendly, and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Banner Health’s total compensation package includes:?

• Salary Range: $240,000 - $260,000 (commensurate with experience), plus incentives
• $60K Sign-On/Relocation Assistance
• Paid CME days with allowance
• Fully paid malpractice
• Excellent benefit package options that provide security for you and your family
• This location is eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
