POSITION PURPOSE: Provide high-level administrative support to the VP: business and project coordination to the Shaw team. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Provide confidential administrative support to the VP: Shaw and Shaw team.Create agendas and record notes and action items for Leadership and team meetings.Track the Shaw budget, process PO's, invoices and provide monthly updates to the leadership team to ensure expenses are in alignment.Maintain daily, monthly, and annual calendars for maximum productivity and organization.Create high level presentations and communication materials using a variety of programs and mediums.Partner with the PMO to use project management principals to drive and organize Shaw projects.Coordinate with appropriate internal and external partners to maintain timelines and budget.Coordinate with other executive assistants on organization wide projects and initiatives.Coordinate employee events and recognition efforts in partnership with Shaw administration and leadership teams.Role models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.Perform other duties as assigned.
