Outpatient Neurology Opportunity in Western, NC

Caldwell UNC Health is the choice for health care in Caldwell County. The Emergency Department sees approximately 30,000 + visits a year. Caldwell Physician Network provides the majority of primary care and select specialty care to our market from eleven separate medical park locations throughout the county. Our 137-bed licensed hospital is a member of the UNC Health System. We are seeking a personable and engaging outpatient neurologist join our team.

Position Information:

• • Recruiting to open new outpatient practice
  • Full-time model would likely be 5 clinic days per week & reading of EMGs performed in the clinic, 36 minimum patient contact hours
  • EEGs referred to the hospital for reading
  • Strong PCP network for referrals
  • 8 days of ED call required per month
  • Practice location: UNC Neurology at Southfork Medical Park, 1731 Connelly Springs Rd, Lenoir, NC 28645
  • Ancillary services: PT/OT, psychiatry, EMG, EEG, MRI, CT, Sleep Center, Pain Center, Home Health & Infusion Center
