Job Description:
Marshfield Clinic Health System in Wausau, Wisconsin seeks an additional BC/BE on-site full time Body Imaging Radiologist on the Wausau, WI campus. The job offers good work/life balance, utilizes custom software to achieve uniform distribution of examinations throughout the day, and will allow the successful applicant to tailor their workload according to individual interests and strengths. Willingness to perform minor image-guided procedures and fluoroscopy is required and occasional multidisciplinary conference participation is expected.
Our on-site radiologists enjoy individual offices and have the opportunity for occasional remote interpretation from home on a department supplied and installed PACS. The typical work day concludes at 5:00pm with rotating pager call responsibility to back up our nighthawk service in case of rare network failure. There is rotating weekend daytime 8:00 AM - 5:00PM work responsibilities shared by the larger pool of Marshfield radiologists with compensatory days during the week.
