SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible to the Supervisor of Echocardiography for the performance of cardiac ultrasound studies used in the diagnosis of disease.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Graduate of a formal 2-4 year Echocardiography Program or High School Diploma or equivalent and 1-2 years echo lab experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a laboratory that routinely handles high volume and/or complex cardiovascular disease (one (1)-year experience will be accepted if a candidate possesses ARDMS or CCI registry in Adult Echocardiography.)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
