Rochester Regional Health's Sands Constellation Heart Institute (SCHI) is seeking a visionary leader to become the Service Line Division Head of Acute Care Cardiology. Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with affiliate and system leaders to develop a unified approach to acute cardiac care, ensuring seamless integration with other service lines.
• Lead recruitment, development, and retention strategies to build a best-in-class team.
• Promote innovation by evaluating and implementing advanced technologies and evidence-based practices.
• Serve as a key collaborator in education and research initiatives, positioning SCHI as a leader in cardiac care.

What You Bring:

• MD or DO, board-certified in Cardiology, with extensive clinical and leadership experience in acute cardiac care.
• A proven ability to address systemic challenges and achieve measurable improvements in quality and patient outcomes.
• High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills to lead diverse teams.
• A forward-thinking approach, with a desire to innovate and inspire.
