About the Opportunity

Kaweah Health is seeking an experienced Imaging Services Manager to lead X-Ray, Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT services at our three campuses including the acute care medical center in Visalia, California. This leadership role is ideal for a results-driven imaging professional with CT experience who is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for X-Ray and CT imaging services
• Supervise, train, coach, and evaluate imaging staff
• Partner with the Director to ensure efficient workflows, staffing, and productivity
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and Joint Commission standards
• Oversee departmental budgeting, equipment readiness, and inventory
• Collaborate with lead technologists to optimize patient scheduling and turnaround times
• Promote a positive, engaged, and high-performing team culture
• Support staff education, training, and professional development

Required Qualifications

• CT experience required
• Three (3) years of leadership experience
• One of the following active certifications:
• CA Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT), or
• Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS), Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS), or Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer (RCCS)
• Kaweah Health crisis intervention training (within 60 days of hire)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA)
• Bachelor’s degree
