Job SummaryResponsible for providing vision, strategy, design, implementation, support, and high-level troubleshooting of the organization's over 2,500 seats, 50 sites, Cisco-based Call Manager, Contact Center, Call Recording, and advanced reporting. Accountable for performing tasks, analysis and diagnosis of highly complex voice, Contact Center and IVR applications.Plans and executes voice and UC upgrades and migration activity.
